Each guest room is subject to availability. A 48hr cancellation policy applies.  Extra Person Charge is $15.00.

STANDARD GUEST ROOM: one (1) queen bed, TV, desk, table and chair.

BOUTIQUE GUEST ROOM:  enjoy a comfortable upgrade with choice of either one (1)  large king bed OR one (1) large queen bed,  luxurious duvet covers, granite counter tops, California blinds, TV, large desk, table and chair.
